Frequently Asked Questions
Check out our FAQs below!
My roof leaks. Do I need a completely new roof?
It depends. Leaks can be caused by a variety of problems which can range from simple repairs to an entire new roof system. We will perform an inspection, and discuss the source of the leaks and options to repair it.
Will you work with my insurance company?
We will work with your insurance company from start to finish and make sure you get the most out of your insurance policy. We have experience working with adjustors to ensure you get a fair assessment of your roof.
We are happy to speak to your adjustor and insurance company directly to explain the services needed.
Why does my insurance company pay for a full roof when there is hail damage?
When hail hits your roof it breaks the backing of the shingle. This causes the shingle to become weak and over time degradation due to UV light can cause serious interior damage. It is important to replace your roof before this happens.
How much will a new roof system cost?
The price of a new roof system varies widely, depending on such things as the materials selected, type of home or building, and the labor involved. Call us today and we can schedule a free no obligation inspection and estimate.
After your estimate, you will have the needed information to contact your insurance company.
Do I have to be home while you work on the roof?
For most roof services and projects, it is not necessary that anyone be onsite unless attic access is required, such as for attic ventilation repair.
Can I fix my roof myself?
While it’s possible to perform basic roof cleaning and roof maintenance yourself, many homeowners eventually regret doing so. Working on your roof is dangerous (even roofs that don’t look steep can be treacherous). Thousands of homeowners hurt themselves while working on their roofs every year. In addition, our roof maintenance technicians are trained to look for roofing problems before they’re noticeable to the untrained eye.
What types of roofs do you install/repair?
We install various types of roofing systems. I will work with you to determine the best solution and apply the right waterproofing system for your home or business.
TPO (Thermoplastic polyolefin)
Asphalt composite shingles
Modified bitumen or single ply roofing material
BUR (Build up roofing)
Do you apply coatings to the roof to make it last longer?
Several types of coatings are available and can extend the service life of an existing roof system. The uses and application methods vary, but I will help you decide if this product is right for you.
Options for coatings include: Acrylic; Silicone; Polyurethane; Fluid-Applied Asphaltic Rubber.
Do you offer discounts?
We are proud to offer discounts to Veterans, First Responders and Seniors.
